• Tickets are non-refundable but can be used on any General Admission day. Powell Gardens is an outdoor rain or shine experience.
• This ticket entitles you to a one-day General Admission or Exhibition visit to Powell Gardens on any non-festival or non-signature event day.
• Your eTickets will display the time the Gardens open. You are not required to arrive at that specific time. You may enjoy the Gardens any time during normal business hours.
• You are opting-in to receive our newsletter. To unsubscribe from our newsletter, click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any Powell Gardens email.
• Members are not required to purchase admission tickets. However, if individuals in your group are not covered by your membership, admission tickets can be purchased at this link or at the Welcome Desk.
• Photography Waiver: When visiting Powell Gardens, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recordings may occur. By entering the premises, you consent to your image and likeness being used and published, without compensation, for advertising and promotional purposes. You voluntarily release Powell Gardens from any liability regarding any such publication, whether now known or hereafter devised, on account of such usage. • Release of Liability:
  • Agreement to Follow Directions. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by employees, representatives or agents of Powell Gardens.
  • Assumption of the Risks and Release. I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my family members, and further release and discharge Powell Gardens for injury, loss or damage arising out of my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of Powell Gardens, whether caused by the fault of myself, my family, Powell Gardens or other third parties.
  • Indemnification. I agree to indemnify and defend Powell Gardens against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of Powell Gardens.
