Garden to Glass: Prickly Pear Edition

Join Education Manager, Caitlin Eckard, to whip up a delicious prickly pear mojito. Attendees will learn about how rum is made, shake up their own cocktail, and enjoy 2 mojitos. You will also receive a recipe card for the cocktail, a branded glass, and a snack to enjoy during this hour long class. This Garden to Glass is part of our #MidwestForagingExhibit, and attendees will also receive our Midwest Foraging Booklet, full of 30+ plants that teach you how to forage, harvest, and cook your finds!
