Georgia O' Keeffe Flowers Ages 7-11

Join us at Powell Gardens as we explore the paintings of Georgia O’Keefe. In this session the students will have the opportunity to paint watercolor flowers in the style of Ms. O’Keefe. This art activity will challenge the students to paint incomplete images that span off the canvas. We will be taking a walk through the gardens looking closely at flower blooms for inspiration. Students should bring drinking water on the walk. Art supplies will be available for student’s use during the session.
This class is intended for ages 7-11. The class price includes one free adult admission.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to the cancellation of the class, a full refund will be issued. If the cancellation occurs 72 hours or more before the scheduled class, a 75% refund will be issued.
