Festival of Butterflies

By purchasing ticket(s) you understand and agree to the following: 

• One Parking ticket is required per vehicle.
• Online advanced purchase is recommended.
• Upon arrival, have your eTickets, including Parking, ready to be scanned at the Gatehouse.
• Your eTickets will display the time the Gardens open, and the time the Gardens close. You do not have to arrive at that time, however, last entry is 30 minutes prior to the Gardens closing. 
• MEMBERS:
  • Members are not required to purchase admission or parking tickets.
  • Please have your Member card ready to be scanned at the Gatehouse.
  • If individuals in your group are not covered by your membership, admission tickets can be purchased at this link or upon arrival. Online advanced purchase is recommended.
• Tickets are non-refundable. Powell Gardens is an outdoor rain, snow, or shine experience.
• Tickets are exchangeable. Tickets can be exchanged for any other Festival of Butterflies date. (Tickets cannot be exchanged for Signature Events.) Email frontdesk@powellgardens.org with your Order #, your desired exchange date, and a valid call back phone number.
• A $2.00 processing fee applies to each transaction.
• You are opting-in to receive our newsletter. To unsubscribe from our newsletter, click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any Powell Gardens email.
• Photography Waiver:
  • When visiting Powell Gardens, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recordings may occur. By entering the premises, you consent to your image and likeness being used and published, without compensation, for advertising and promotional purposes. You voluntarily release Powell Gardens from any liability regarding any such publication, whether now known or hereafter devised, on account of such usage. • Release of Liability:
  • Agreement to Follow Directions. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by employees, representatives or agents of Powell Gardens.
  • Assumption of the Risks and Release. I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my family members, and further release and discharge Powell Gardens for injury, loss or damage arising out of my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of Powell Gardens, whether caused by the fault of myself, my family, Powell Gardens or other third parties.
  • Indemnification. I agree to indemnify and defend Powell Gardens against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities of Powell Gardens.
