Join us for an immersive native forages workshop and guided pasture walk exploring the role of native grasses in resilient grazing systems. Participants will tour both remnant prairies and active prairie restorations, gaining firsthand insight into how native plant communities function on the landscape.

Together, we’ll discuss the many benefits of native grasses as forage, including deep root systems, drought resilience, soil health improvement, nutrient qualities, biodiversity support, and their compatibility with regenerative grazing practices. This hands-on walk is designed for farmers, ranchers, land managers, conservationists, and anyone interested in understanding how native grasslands can support both ecological health and productive working lands.
